As the owner of San Juan Custom Pools & Spas, Jason Wyrick is a U.S. Marine Corp Veteran and construction professional with more than 25 years of experience in the Southwest Florida market. Throughout his career, he has led residential construction operations for nationally recognized builders, overseeing the successful construction of thousands of homes while building high-performing teams and lasting customer relationships. Today, Jason is proud to continue the San Juan legacy by combining decades of local construction expertise with a hands-on commitment to quality, ensuring every pool is built with the care, precision, and professionalism homeowners deserve.

David Schwandt is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and has been a valued member of the San Juan Custom Pools & Spas team since 1989. With more than 38 years of experience in custom pool construction, he brings extensive expertise in every phase of the building process. Dave is committed to helping homeowners create beautiful outdoor living spaces that fit their vision, lifestyle, and budget by providing honest guidance and exceptional customer service. Known for his integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail, he has earned the trust of generations of Southwest Florida families through lasting relationships, repeat business, and referrals.

Jeff Owens is a Cape Coral native with more than 25 years of construction experience and has been a valued member of the San Juan family for over 15 years. With expertise in every phase of custom pool construction, Jeff oversees each project with a focus on quality, precision, and exceptional craftsmanship. His background in low-voltage electrical systems, including work on major commercial and government facilities, provides valuable knowledge of today's advanced pool automation and control systems. Dedicated to delivering outstanding results for homeowners throughout Southwest Florida, Jeff approaches every project with integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to the high standards that have defined San Juan since 1984.
